1. Since when are you a Fornetti partner?

The shop has been operating since 2007, where I was a shop seller and since 2016 it has already been my own business.

2. What made you join this franchise and what motivated you to continue?

The long years of work at my shop have proven that this is a successful business and when the time came to start on my own business, I didn’t hesitate that Fornetti was the right choice.

3. What is your best memory since joining Fornetti as a franchise partner?

My best memory is the complete renovation of the shop together with the help of Fornetti and the change for a better and modern appearance.

4. What do you feel about the pastry market in the country? Why would you recommend Fornetti products to the customers?

The competition in the bakery sector is significant but Fornetti stands out from the other competitors in terms of high quality and rich portfolio, as well as the well-known mini products, which I personally consider that they are without analogue on the market.

5. What do you think is the biggest challenge, for the pastry market, in the future?

The increasing customer’s demand for high quality. Also the healthy eating trends, but taking into consideration Fornetti constant development and product portfolio upgrading, as well as the fact that company keep pace with the latest trends, this is a challenge that I embark on with no worries.

1. Since when are you a Fornetti partner?

I've been a partner of Fornetti since 2016, for three years now.

2. What made you join this franchise and what motivated you to continue?

I joined because through a small investment there is a guarantee for a successful business. It motivates me that this type of systems is doing its best to obtain the best results for the business.

3. What is your best memory since joining Fornetti as a franchise partner?

My best memory is when, together with Fornetti, we first renovated and improved the look of my shop. The effect was astounding. Since then, I have been constantly striving to offer new and new Fornetti products, which have kept consumers’ interest alive.

4. What do you feel about the pastry market in the country? Why would you recommend Fornetti products to the customers?

The market is highly competitive. I recommend Fornetti to consumers because they have the broadest variety of products, high quality at an affordable price and are always freshly baked.

5. What do you think is the biggest challenge, for the pastry market, in the future?

The challenge for me is the quality. Consumers are getting more and more demanding and looking for a better quality, and this is a good chance for us.

Since the summer of 2008.

2. What made you join this franchise and what motivated you to continue?

What made me join was the queue of people who wanted to buy Fornetti in front of the first opened shop of Fornetti in Bulgaria, here in Varna. And this was in the distant year of 2007. And what motivated me was the fact that with minimum investment on my part, I managed to start and continue developing a wonderful family business. Fornetti is an international company with which we are successfully completing one another. And this continues already 11 years.

3. What is your best memory since joining Fornetti as a franchise partner?

My motorcycle trip to Kecskemet and my visit of the Fornetti factory. And there with the founder of Fornetti we baked together products for the Bulgarian market. Besides, I very much like the fact that Fornetti is a company that is constantly developing. So Fornetti always thinks one step ahead.

4. What do you feel about the pastry market in the country? Why would you recommend Fornetti products to the customers?

On the Bulgarian market, in our sector, there is a competition with the traditional Bulgarian products. But yet, together as partners, we are succeeding in imposing the Fornetti products. There is no quality analogue on the market in Bulgaria. Always freshly baked and well smelling. This is what makes us Number 1 on our market.

5. What do you think is the biggest challenge, for the pastry market, in the future?

Healthy eating is currently the number one theme in Bulgaria. Young people, and not only young people, would like to eat a products of high quality and to have the opportunity to choose from different tastes and last but not least, to have a variety of typical Bulgarian tastes.

I am a Fornetti partner since September 2007.

2. What made you join this franchise and what motivated you to continue?

I liked that in 2007 Fornetti products were new and unfamiliar on the Bulgarian market. I was pleased with the franchise conditions for cooperation. I also liked the fact that with relatively small investment you can become a part of a serious business project. The representative of the company in Plovdiv, Mr. Netsov, helped me making the decision to start the business.

I am motivated to continue by the fact that the company constantly develops. Last but not least the profit is good.

3. What is your best memory since joining Fornetti as a franchise partner?

It is difficult for me to define only one so I will mention at least two memories: First, the visit to Hungary, where I saw the new face of Fornetti. It was there when I got ambitious to make my shop look as close as possible to what I saw in Hungary.

Secondly, I am very happy that together with Fornetti we renovated my shop and turned it into new-generation shop. Things are happening well and I already have a very beautiful and functional shop.

4. What do you feel about the pastry market in the country? Why would you recommend Fornetti products to the customers?

The Bulgarian food culture is visibly improving and the quality of bakery products is something that people are looking for more and more. I would recommend Fornetti to the consumer because of the constant high quality and large assortment.

5. What do you think is the biggest challenge, for the pastry market, in the future?

The increasing share of bakery products in the feeding of humanity and the resulting from this increased demands for the quality and variety of the offered products.

My partnership with Fornetti Bulgaria dates back to 2009.

2. What made you join this franchise and what motivated you to continue?

Before I joined the Franchise system of Fornetti Bulgaria I worked for another partner. He helped me realize that with a small investment from my side I can earn good income by building my own family business. So I have been working now for 9 years with a large international company - Fornetti Bulgaria. 

3. What is your best memory since joining Fornetti as a franchise partner?

The intense development of Fornetti Bulgaria about 3 years ago, when I had the unique opportunity to make my shop more notable and friendlier for my clients through a shared investment.

4. What do you feel about the pastry market in the country? Why would you recommend Fornetti products to the customers?

The market for pastry products in Bulgaria is clear and stable, Bulgarian people cannot live without these products. I would recommend the products of Fornetti Bulgaria because they are healthy, delicious and last but not least with consistently high quality.

5. What do you think is the biggest challenge, for the pastry market, in the future?

The ever-increasing desire of the consumer to eat healthy and increasingly high quality products as well as the introduction of different tastes typical for the Bulgarian market.

We are a Fornetti partner since the end of 2008.

2. What made you join this franchise and what motivated you to continue?

The start of our business relationship was based on pure coincidence and juncture. The focus of Ruse Tabac until then was entirely put on the sale of tobacco products. However, it was only the start... Since then there is nothing accidental in our partnership. I think that over the years we both felt the opportunities and continued building up what we already created. Ruse Tabac has found a correct partner to add additional value to our business and to create a modern and complete vision of today trade shops in our chain.

We have pleasant memories not one or two. Whenever a business is upgrading and contributes to the benefit of your work and your profits a beautiful memory remains, and Fornetti annually offers to its partners renewal and opportunities. Of course, when it goes with a dose of friendship from the management, the memories are unforgettable!

4. What do you feel about the pastry market in the country? Why would you recommend Fornetti products to the customers?

Regarding the market of bakery products in Bulgaria I want to believe and I am convinced that this business is on the rise and the peak has not yet reached. For this reason, we will continue to give the opportunity to the consumer to get acquainted with the products of an undisputed professional on this market, such as Fornetti.

5. What do you think is the biggest challenge, for the pastry market, in the future?

The biggest challenge will be the fight with the traditionally imposed products on the Bulgarian market over the years and the maturing of the consumer about the need for a healthier way of eating and his belief that he pays an adequate price for this.
