A new kind of knowledge is required to handle new technologies training, education and the experienced employment of Fornetti’s partners and associates; and these are one of the keys to the success of programmes. 
Our training centre is appropriate for taking on board owners and local managers from outlets, for whom we can provide the same training as for our own employees.
Hence, our most important development product is not of a technical character at all!
The programmed in-store baking process has already proven its worth, the essence of which is that, due to different tempering times and different baking parameters, all five technological products ranges presently displayed in outlets cannot be done manually by a person, in other words “by heart”. This problem is overcome by a work methodology known as programmed, controlled baking within outlets - which breaks down the operations of an outlet to operation and processing periods. In practice, it determines the tasks for each employee with five-minute accuracy, and points to the capacity of ovens concerning daily baking tasks. As such, business management tasks may then be put aside. Only written instructions need to be adhered to, while the Fornetti technology ensures accuracy,i.e. production efficiency combined with a quality guarantee.
Thus, programmed baking gives an enormous amount of help. It also assists the outlet’s owner as programmed, controlled work may be continuously supervised in the outlet.”
